Of course! We hate to hear you didn't love your Hazel Waver but great news is we offer a 15 day money-back guarantee. The product must be in new and unused condition otherwise we cannot provide a refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of postage for returns or exchanges.
If your item is damaged or not working properly we will cover all postage and costs to return & replace the tool. Please email info@hazelwaves.com if this is the case.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Japan with a US power plug (Type A).
We also ship to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom with an EU adapter included free of charge (Type C).
Once your order is placed, processing can take 1 to 2 business days depending on the day you placed your order. If your order is place on a week day processing times are usually 1 business day. If you place your order on the weekend, processing can take up to 2 business days. Once you order is shipping you’ll receive a shipment notification email with tracking information.

Currently our shipping costs $9.99 for domestic shipping in the US. European orders cost $25.00 for shipping and handling.

Our Hazel Waver works flawlessly on all hair thicknesses however we suggest if you have naturally curly hair to blow-dry your hair straight before waving. We recommend to always use a heat-protectant spray to protect your hair when using any heated tool.
Currently we use a USA power plug (Type A) for US and Canada order and a European power plug adapter (Type C) for all European orders.
